About Aerofirma
We are a Texas corporation formed in 2001 as a family-owned real estate development company. Over the past 19 years, Aerofirma has developed and built multiple commercial and residential properties. This includes medical office buildings, commercial retail strip centers, self-storage complexes, aircraft hangars, a 101 home single family residential community known as Curtiss Wright Village, and a 281-unit multi-family apartment complex. In addition to the development and construction of the above, Aerofirma just completed construction of the 264-unit, Class A Multi-family project known as Prairie Gate Community. Aerofirma will be constructing a 1,400 unit multi-family complex in 2021
About Heritage Towne
Heritage Towne is Grand Prairie's newest gated community. The 37-acre master planned community is large enough to be at ease with the surrounding nature while still being small enough to make Heritage Towne a community. The heart of the community is the amenity center including a professional conference room, state of the art gym equipment, resort style swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area, along with an open air playground. Heritage Towne offers a large dog park, along with a 3-acre open park with a surrounding walking trail.
